1. INVESTMENT AND CAPITAL ATTRACTION
- Tax Incentives Decree under Plan México (January 21, 2025). Mexico is promoting new investments in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing through immediate investment deductions, incentives for technological innovation, and the strengthening of industrial capabilities focused on the development of biotechnological medicines and biosimilars.
